Cetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine used in the treatment of allergies, hay fever, angioedema, and urticaria. It is a major metabolite of hydroxyzine and a racemic selective H1 receptor inverse agonist. Magnesium Trisilicate neutralizes the stomach acid.
