Montor-LC is a combination of Montelukast  Sodium and Levocetirizine. Montelukast Sodium is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene (CysLT1), receptor. Levocetirizine is a third-generation non-sedative antihistamine, developed from the second-generation antihistamine Cetirizine. Chemically, Levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of Cetirizine.

Nimesulide is an antipyretic & analgesic. Phenylephrine is a decongestant. Levocetirizine, the (R) enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective antagonist of peripheral H1-receptors.
